The Church of St. Elizabeth commonly known as Blue Church in Bratislava
The Blue Church, officially known as the Church of St. Elisabeth, is one of Bratislava’s most significant architectural gems. Located in the Old Town district, it is famous for its unique Art Nouveau architecture and light blue facade, which gives it a distinctive character. The church was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, and its interior features beautiful mosaics and stained glass windows. The Blue Church is a popular spot not only for locals but also for tourists who admire its aesthetic beauty and serene atmosphere.
Each print is original and hand-printed. A special oil paint is applied to the rubber roller. The paint is applied to the lino with an engraved image with a roller. After placing the paper on the lino, the image is transferred to the paper by pressure.
In a multi-color image, the theme of each color is engraved on a separate lino. Printing is done for each color separately.
