Rudnay Square in Bratislava is a quiet, historic area that intersects with the bustling Panská Street. Located near St. Martin’s Cathedral, the square exudes an ancient atmosphere and is a symbol of the city’s historical heart. The linocut also captures a view of the iconic Pharmacy at Salvator, one of the most famous historical buildings on Panská Street. This space connects the past and present, with its architecture reflecting Bratislava’s rich history.
Each print is original and hand-printed. A special oil paint is applied to the rubber roller. The paint is applied to the lino with an engraved image with a roller. After placing the paper on the lino, the image is transferred to the paper by pressure.
