The history of Grossling Spa in Bratislava dates back to the 19th century. The first mentions of these spas date back to 1834 when they were founded. The spas were built in a romantic style and became a popular destination for the aristocracy and prominent figures of that era.
Throughout their existence, they were repeatedly renovated and expanded. After World War II, during the communist era, the spas primarily served as a medical facility focusing on rheumatological diseases and respiratory problems.
However, over time, following the fall of communism and during the privatization process, they faced difficulties. Some of the buildings and the premises were neglected and deteriorated.

Each print is original and hand-printed. A special oil paint is applied to the rubber roller. The paint is applied to the lino with an engraved image with a roller. After placing the paper on the lino, the image is transferred to the paper by pressure.
