The historical building of the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava is located on Hviezdoslav Square and is one of the most significant symbols of Slovakia’s cultural heritage. This Neo-Renaissance structure was completed in 1886 and was designed by renowned architects Fellner and Helmer, famous for their theater buildings across Europe. The building hosts opera, ballet, and drama performances, and its architecture and artistic programs attract both locals and international visitors.
Each print is original and hand-printed. A special oil paint is applied to the rubber roller. The paint is applied to the lino with an engraved image with a roller. After placing the paper on the lino, the image is transferred to the paper by pressure.
